Strauss Troy “Justice League” Competes In Corporate Olympics. Strauss Troy’s “Justice League” dominated the 18thh annual Cincinnati Corporate Olympics on Fountain Square this summer.
The Elder High School Mock Trial Team coached by Strauss Troy Attorney and Elder grad, Brian O’ Connell, won both of its trials at the district competition, which recently took place at the Hamilton County Courthouse. The team advanced onto the regional competition at the Municipal Court and Common Please Court in Batavia.

The event is part of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s “Brown Bag – Learn During Lunch” series. Strauss Troy Attorney Brian O’ Connell recently won a court decision for a HVAC contractor, that had a complaint filed against it by a business it had installed HVAC equipment for several years ago. O’Connell was able to get the case dismissed before the case really even started based on the statute of limitations in the contract between the two parties.
