Strauss Troy attorney, Brian O’Connell will present at the Cincinnati Bar Association’s “Young Lawyers Section Seminar Series” on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014. The event is part of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s “Brown Bag – Learn During Lunch” series. O’Connell will present “Construction Contracts: Nine Common Construction Contract Clauses You Need To Know.” During the presentation, he will present insights on the contract provisions to consider when engaging in a construction contract.
The event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. at the Cincinnati Bar Center, and attorneys who attend will earn 1.0 hour of Ohio CLE credit and 1.0 hour of New Lawyer training credit.
