Ohio Planned Community Law (§§ 5312.01 – 5312.16) (the “Ohio Act”) (the Kentucky Act and Ohio Act are collectively referred to as the “Acts”) took effect on September 10, 2010 and has thus been in existence in longer than the Kentucky Act.
