Strauss Troy Domestic Relations Team Secures Multiple Kentucky Appeals Court Wins

Congratulations to members of the Strauss Troy Domestic Relations Team, Jessica Beauchamp and Jonathan Thiel, on their recent Kentucky Court of Appeals victories. The Domestic Relations Department was successful in defending a trial court decision involving the imputation of income for the calculation of child support and an award of attorney’s fees.

In a separate matter, Ms. Beauchamp was successful in defending the trial court’s decision to award her client the authority to obtain mental health treatment for her children.
