Tara K. Bailey

Tara K. Bailey is a member of Strauss Troy’s Corporate/Business practice group. Tara focuses her practice on corporate and general business law, business formation, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in employment law, specifically employment agreements, employee handbooks, policy compliance, and various employment issues.

In addition, Tara has assisted clients with commercial real estate matters and property-related issues. Tara also advises clients on data governance and privacy matters, including drafting privacy policies, data retention policies, and other internal policies and procedures that help businesses manage information effectively.

Tara grew up in Mount Sterling, KY before moving further north to attend college at Northern Kentucky University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She continued her education at NKU and received her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
