R. Austin Stevenson
AssociateAustin Stevenson focuses his practice on general corporate and business law, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, basic estate planning. He also assists small and medium sized businesses with other challenges such as zoning, licensing, non-compete agreements, employee issues, and other general business issues.
Originally from Wheelersburg, Ohio, Austin earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from NKU and his law degree from University of Kentucky College of Law. While at the University of Kentucky, Austin was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal, chairman of the UK Federalist Society, and secretary of the UK Christian Legal Society.
Presently, Austin serves as the President of the Northern Kentucky Young Alumni Council, and sits on the NKU Alumni Board of Directors, as well as on the Young Professionals Committee of the Metropolitan Club where he was a member of the 2021 Roebling Society induction class. He currently lives in Covington and is an avid golfer, runner, and a fan of both UK and NKU athletics.
