
Austin M. Tinsley
Biography
Austin Tinsley focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing; construction; title defense litigation; general corporate and business law; and non-patent intellectual property. He has experience working with clients working in all parts of the real estate industry, whether they are buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, developers, homeowners associations, or title companies. Additionally, Austin is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
Austin’s goal is to provide diligent, efficient, and cost-effective services for his clients, helping them navigate wisely through all their legal concerns to build a trusted relationship that supports all their future endeavors. Whether you are looking to purchase, sell, or lease, he is ready to work with clients through every step of the transaction.
During law school, Austin worked with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) and Patent and Trademark Clinic (PTC) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he developed a passion for assisting small business owners in the Greater Cincinnati community with matters such as entity formation, business agreements and operations, and intellectual property matters such as trademark registration and copyright and data protection.
Austin is an experienced musician, who performs regularly with a local singer-songwriter and the worship team at his church. He sings ,and plays bass guitar and acoustic/electric guitar. Additionally, he enjoys being active, playing lots of sports and going on long hikes and bird watching. Born in Indiana, he also is a loyal fan of the Indiana Pacers.
