
Austin M. Tinsley
Biography
Austin Tinsley regularly works with owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, borrowers, lenders, and homeowners associations through a variety of real estate matters throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. As a “dirt lawyer” he assists clients in buying and selling property, obtaining and reviewing title insurance policies, drafting and negotiating leases, obtaining financing, and handling business formation matters related to acquisitions and leasing. Additionally, he has experience helping client navigate through title litigation and boundary disputes. He has also assisted families with estate planning matters.
Austin’s goal is to provide diligent and cost-effective services for clients. He assists clients through all aspects of a real estate and business transaction in order to build a trusted relationship for clients’ future endeavors. Wherever you are at in a transaction, Austin is ready to work with you on providing a personalized plan to bring each transaction to the finish line.
During law school, Austin worked with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) and Patent and Trademark Clinic (PTC) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he developed a passion for assisting small business owners in the Greater Cincinnati community with matters such as entity formation, business agreements and operations, and intellectual property matters such as trademark registration and copyright and data protection.
Outside the office, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, visiting local coffee shops and going on long walks/hikes. He is an experienced musician, who performs regularly with a local singer-songwriter and the worship team at his church. He sings, and plays bass guitar and acoustic/electric guitar. Additionally, he enjoys being active, playing lots of different sports. Born in Indiana, he is a loyal fan of the Indiana Pacers.
