Strauss Troy Team Wins Dismissal of Contract Interference Complaint

Strauss Troy Shareholder Alex Rodger and Associate Alexa Wainscott achieved a dismissal of an action in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania by filing motion to dismiss the plaintiff's complaint alleging Strauss Troy's client interfered with an international manufacturing contract. The motion was filed on five separate grounds, all of which were found well taken.
