Strauss Troy Shareholder Alex Rodger and Associate Alexa Wainscott successfully briefed and argued in front of the First District Court of Appeals which affirmed their briefing. The Court confirmed that merely technical violations of the Home Sales Solicitation Act and Consumer Sales Practices Act do not merit an award of causally unrelated expectancy damages, thereby reducing the damages awarded by approximately 750%.
