Matt cares deeply about families, and his friendly, relatable style helps find the best solutions to each family’s individual situation. Strauss Troy Attorney Jessica BeauchampJessica L. Beauchamp focuses her practice on all family law, divorce, and child custody issues.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  She is passionate about family law because it gives her the opportunity to work directly with clients and to help them through difficult times.  She enjoys using alternative dispute resolution methods and complex problem solving to develop creative solutions to meet her clients’ goals.  Jessi has seen success advocating for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.  She has been selected to the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list and has been named a Top 40 Under 40 by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Elizabeth Mason-Hill is the legal assistant/paralegal to our attorneys who concentrate in the Domestic Relations/Family Law area, and also has experience in probate, estate planning and business law. With 34+ years of experience, her objective is to enhance current practices by providing superior business, administrative support, management and assistance. Duties include being responsible for organizing all client correspondence, pleadings, discovery, email folders, mailings, and handling high call volume. She also manages trial calendars and prepares case exhibits and evidence in advance of trials. She conducts all legal business professionally and confidentially and is adept at handling a diverse range of legal personnel including associates, partners and other staff. Elizabeth is also responsible for keeping attorneys up-to-date on all local-specific requirements for domestic relations filings. She earned a Secretarial Science Degree from Northern Kentucky Vocational-Technical School and was also a business major at Northern Kentucky University. She was named Team Player of The Year by the Cincinnati Bar Association Legal Secretaries Section. She was a presenter at a seminar for the Institute of Paralegal Education entitled “A Paralegal’s Guide for Divorce Cases From Start to Finish;” her topic was “Keys to Managing Financial Information.”
