When you meet with one of our Domestic Relations attorneys, they will discuss the various processes and choices that are available to terminate your marriage. The State of Ohio offers the options of divorce or dissolution, while the Commonwealth of Kentucky only offers dissolution.

Tim Theissen maintains a general practice, and primarily handles divorces, zoning matters, real estate transactions and estate planning/probate. He also represents several small businesses and does some other civil litigation. His largest practice area is Family Law, and he is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Beauchamp focuses her practice on all family law, divorce, and child custody issues.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  She is passionate about family law because it gives her the opportunity to work directly with clients and to help them through difficult times.  She enjoys using alternative dispute resolution methods and complex problem solving to develop creative solutions to meet her clients’ goals.  Jessi has seen success advocating for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.  She has been selected to the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list and has been named a Top 40 Under 40 by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Courtney prides herself in providing her clients honest, practical, and passionate representation in order to assist them during what can be the most difficult time in their lives.

Courtney graduated from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Carrie WaideCarrie R. Waide returned to private practice after serving as a Magistrate at the Clermont County Court of Domestic Relations for several years. Her experience on the bench gives her a unique perspective in advising clients in both litigated and collaborative matters. Carrie takes time to understand her clients’ goals and interests to help generate creative solutions to their family issues. Carrie is experienced in negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, trial practice, and appellate practice and is able to assess the needs of each individual client to determine an appropriate course of action to reach the best possible outcome for the client and their family.
