Our domestic relations team has extensive experience with complex divorce litigation, including issues involving corporate structure and finance, business valuation, dividing intricate financial estates, spousal support with income from multiple, complex sources; stock allocation and division and privacy and protective orders.

When you meet with one of our Domestic Relations attorneys, they will discuss the various processes and choices that are available to terminate your marriage. The State of Ohio offers the option of divorce or dissolution, while the Commonwealth of Kentucky only offers dissolution.

Our Team

Jessica L. Beauchamp focuses her practice on all family law, divorce, and child custody issues.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  She is passionate about family law because it gives her the opportunity to work directly with clients and to help them through difficult times.  She enjoys using alternative dispute resolution methods and complex problem-solving to develop creative solutions to meet her clients’ goals.  Jessi has seen success advocating for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.  She has been selected to the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list and has been named a Top 40 Under 40 by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Courtney L. Suhre focuses her practice on family law, divorce/dissolution, and custody matters. Understanding the complexity of family law, she provides compassionate advocacy in matters dealing with divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and adoption. Courtney prides herself in providing her clients honest, practical, and passionate representation in order to assist them during what can be the most difficult time in their lives.

Courtney graduated from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Jonathan D. Thiel focuses his practice on family law, child custody, divorce, guardianships, and all things domestic relations. Johnny is currently admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is seeking admittance to the Ohio State Bar Association. Johnny is passionate about family law as it gives him the opportunity to work directly with great people going through some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Carrie R. Waide returned to private practice after serving as a Magistrate at the Clermont County Court of Domestic Relations for several years. Her experience on the bench gives her a unique perspective in advising clients in both litigated and collaborative matters. Carrie takes time to understand her clients’ goals and interests to help generate creative solutions to their family issues. Carrie is experienced in negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, trial practice, and appellate practice and is able to assess the needs of each individual client to determine an appropriate course of action to reach the best possible outcome for the client and their family.
