Jessica L. Beauchamp

Jessica L. Beauchamp focuses her practice on all family law, divorce, and child custody issues. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Jessi has been named a Family Relations Certified Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association, which demonstrates her high level of expertise in the field of Family Law and has been accepted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

She is passionate about family law because it gives her the opportunity to work directly with clients and to help them through difficult times. She enjoys using alternative dispute resolution methods and complex problem solving to develop creative solutions to meet her clients’ goals. Jessi has seen success advocating for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. She has been selected to the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list each year since 2017 and has been named a Top 40 Under 40 by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Jessi is collaboratively trained and is currently a Chair of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a member of the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals. Jessi is a member of the American Bar Association, ABA Family Law Section, Ohio Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, an executive committee member of the Young Lawyers’ Division, and the Cincinnati Bar Association, Domestic Relations Committee and Women Lawyers Committee.

Jessi earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Transylvania University and her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. While in law school, Jessi served as the Managing Editor and Associate Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review, served as the Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, and was the student director of the Street Law program, a pro bono program teaching at-risk youth in various Kentucky communities. Currently, Jessi serves on the board for Starfire Council, which is a visionary organization working to build better lives for people with disabilities by creating a more inclusive Cincinnati. She also serves on the board for the Bellevue Education Foundation.
