Move your career forward at Strauss Troy. We are currently seeking an Estate Planning and Tax Associate Attorney. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced shareholders while developing your own practice in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal attorney will have:

• 3-5 years of estate planning and/or tax associate experience.
• Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, other estate documents, and all probate and estate matters.
• Experience in providing counsel on individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent academic credentials.
