Qualifications:

• The ideal attorney will have excellent academic credentials.
• 3-6 years of general litigation experience.
• Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating agreements, engaging in all phases of litigation, including managing a diverse commercial litigation caseload, conducting depositions, representing clients in court, and collaborating with partners to develop strategic litigation plans.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
