Rachel Keathley focuses her practice on corporate and general business law, business formation, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in tax, assisting multi-national companies with their international operations.

Rachel grew up in Dayton, Ohio before moving to Cincinnati to attend the University of Cincinnati. She has lived in the area since and loves to explore its many restaurants, shops, and communities. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys painting, throwing pottery, and cooking.
