Jeffrey B. Hill

Jeffrey B. Hill focuses his practice on business litigation, particularly in the areas of partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract, non-compete, and various employment related disputes. He works closely with clients to provide strategic and practical counsel to both individuals and small businesses on a wide range of business concerns including contract drafting and negotiation, operating agreement drafting, entity formation, and evaluation of strategic opportunities. Jeff is dedicated to serving clients’ goals while minimizing risk – empowering them to navigate complex situations with confidence. Jeff also advises local churches and religious organizations.

Before graduating magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, he attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business for his undergraduate degree in finance.

Jeff is a Cincinnati native and currently resides in Golf Manor, Ohio with his wife and two children. He is actively involved with his Kenwood Baptist Church community and disciples high school students. He enjoys being outside with his family and reading books on leadership and business development strategy.
