Jeffrey A. Levine
AssociateJeff Levine is a member of Strauss Troy’s Litigation and Corporate/Business practice groups.
Jeff’s litigation experience includes trials, the preparation dispositive motions and appellate briefs, the delivery of oral arguments, discovery practice, and the efficient resolution of litigation in mediation conferences. He has litigated complex commercial disputes in state court, federal court and various arbitration tribunals. Jeff’s litigation practice also includes a niche specialty in real estate valuation reductions for both residential and commercial properties, and he is a frequent presenter on the subject for several news agencies, publications, and real estate organizations.
Jeff’s corporate practice includes the incorporation of new business entities, the preparation of corporate operating agreements, the negotiation and preparation of stock and asset purchase agreements for mergers and acquisitions, and the preparation of other various corporate agreements. Jeff also regularly assists clients with the preparation of estate plans, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts, as well as with the administration of estates in probate court.
Jeff serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of Ault Park Advisory Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of Ault Park. Jeff’s achievements in the non-profit space have been featured in Movers & Makers Magazine. Jeff also volunteers as an instructor on financial literacy at Walnut Hills High School, his alma mater.
In 2022, Jeff was named a member of “Cincy LEAD,” Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce’s premier leadership program for rapidly-advancing leaders in their respective organizations. In 2019, he was named a member of “Cincy Next” the Chamber’s selective development program for the region’s most talented entry-level professionals.
