Alexa E. Wainscott is a member of Strauss Troy’s litigation group. Alexa focuses her practice on business and construction litigation and contract negotiation.

Prior to joining Strauss Troy, Alexa served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky at Lexington for four years with two federal judges. During law school, she served on the Northern Kentucky Law Review editorial board as Articles Editor and interned in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Alexa is a Cincinnati native and former Madeira High School valedictorian and looks forward to building her practice in the Greater Cincinnati area.
