
Tyler C. Arnzen
Biography
Tyler C. Arnzen focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate matters throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, including acquisitions, leasing, finance, development and construction. He acts as a partner with his clients on all aspects of real estate transactions to ensure that all matters are expertly handled. He has represented a diverse range of clients including banks giving out multi-million dollar loans, businesses purchasing property to grow and expand their operations, and individual tenants attempting to terminate their lease.
Before joining Strauss Troy, Tyler had a diverse practice which included frequent litigation for clients on breach of contract, foreclosure, and construction related matters. He continues to advise clients on business formation matters, provided timely contract review, and supplied general risk assessments to clients. Tyler leverages this experience as he refocuses on his real estate practice, balancing legal precision with practical business judgment to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Tyler earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Evansville in Political Science and History and his J.D. from NKU's Chase College of Law. While in law school, Tyler served as senior editor and writer for the Chase Law Review.
A lifelong Northern Kentucky resident, Tyler currently lives in Covington and enjoys exploring restaurants and museums in the greater Cincinnati area, playing board games with friends, and reading about global affairs.
