Margie Cunningham focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law including acquisitions and sales, development, financing, leasing and complex title and zoning matters. She also works with lenders participating in the U.S. Small Business Administration Loan Program and handles real estate matters which relate to estate planning, probate, litigation, and corporate/business transactions.

Her experience representing clients on all sides of a real estate transaction, coupled with a focus on the resolution of complex title issues, provides her with the insight necessary to understand and advocate for the needs of her clients, as well as the ability to collaborate in order to efficiently and effectively resolve obstacles that may arise during a real estate transaction.

Margie is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana, in state and federal court. She is a licensed title agent in the State of Ohio, a title agent in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the President of one of the firm’s two title companies, Security Title & Guaranty Agency, Inc. She also serves on the board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Greater Cincinnati.

Margie resides in her hometown of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky with her husband and teenage son, who is a member of the Highlands Tennis Team. In her free time, if she is not at the tennis courts cheering him on, you will find her rooting for her daughter who is now a member of the College of Charleston Dance Team.
