Strauss Troy Shareholder Jeff Levine represented Oberer Development Company in a property valuation appeal before the Montgomery County Board of Revision and successfully obtained a total property valuation reduction by $5.7M (from $13M to $7.3M) for a complex commercial property. This property valuation reduction is expected to reduce the owner’s property tax liability by hundreds of thousands.
