Strauss Troy Secures $465K Trial Victory for Enson Group

Strauss Troy Shareholder Jeff Levine represented Cincinnati-based Enson Group, Inc., one of the region’s largest food product suppliers, in complex breach of contract litigation involving over $2 million in supermarket equipment.

After a 2-day bench trial, the Dakota County, Minnesota District Court awarded judgment in Enson Group’s favor in the amount of $465,893.37, and denied all counterclaims that were brought against Enson Group.
