Strauss Troy Names Bill Williamson Chair of Real Estate Department

Strauss Troy is pleased to announce that shareholder Bill Williamson has been named Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, effective January 1.  Bill is taking over for Tony Barlow, who served in the role for almost two decades and will continue to be active in the practice of law at Strauss Troy.  

Williamson has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction and development, financing, leasing and title matters.  Bill is licensed as a title insurance agent in Ohio and is also a title agent in Kentucky.
