Strauss Troy Acts as Legal Counsel to Eason Horticultural Resources in ESOP Transaction

Strauss Troy is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to longtime firm client Eason Horticultural Resources (“EHR”)  in its sale to the EHR Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

EHR is an industry leader as a full-service horticultural distributor, servicing retail garden centers, retail and wholesale greenhouse growers, wholesale and retail nurseries, and landscape contractors around the United States.  EHR’s headquarters is in Northern Kentucky, but has a sales team around the country.
