C-Change is a year-long leadership development program for emerging leaders in the Cincinnati USA region. The curriculum combines personal leadership development with community engagement for a program that enhances current leadership roles and prepares participants for future ones, both professionally and personally. It strives to develop and enhance the leadership skills of the participants by having them lead meaningful community projects that impact the Cincinnati USA region. This year, Patrick and his fellow C-Change classmates will work on a project to help retain local college graduates in the Greater Cincinnati area. To learn more about C-Change, click here.
