Biography

Patrick Newton focuses his practice on the areas of corporate tax planning and estate plan preparation. This ranges from family trusts to comprehensive business succession planning for closely held family owned corporations as well as trust and estate administration. He also has experience in handling tax controversy matters and has been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

New and existing non-profit organizations can benefit from his counsel on meeting their legal requirements. He also works with municipal corporations on a broad array of issues from property acquisition and ownership to tax abatement programs.
