Patrick J. NewtonAssociate
Patrick Newton focuses his practice on the areas of corporate tax planning, advising small business owners on entity formation and real estate matters, as well as estate plan preparation. Patrick, in his corporate practice, has counseled clients on significant asset purchase transactions in the insurance and e-commerce industries.
In his real estate practice, Patrick has advised clients in the buying and selling of real estate from significant purchases of multi-family properties to the refinancing of commercial and industrial real estate holdings. Patrick’s estate plan preparation practice ranges from advising young families with children to comprehensive business succession planning for closely-held corporations. He has served clients dealing with trust and estate administration, often advising clients in charge of significant estates.
Admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, he is also experienced in addressing tax controversy matters.
