This work includes: contract, zoning, real estate development, tax increment financing, annexation, referendums, litigation, employment, benefit and transition planning, union negotiations, as well as providing prosecutorial services in the municipalities’ mayor’s courts.
Strauss Troy also represents property owners and municipalities in annexation matters involving municipalities. Our municipal and government work covers the state of Ohio, Greater Cincinnati and suburban cities such as Loveland and Wyoming, Ohio.
