Christopher J. GroeschenAttorney
Christopher Groeschen has broad experience advising clients both large and small on the sale and acquisition, leasing, financing and development of their commercial and residential real estate properties. He has helped new families close on the purchase of their very first home, and has assisted commercial clients with large, multi-million dollar real estate transactions that were national in scope. No matter the size of the client, Chris approaches each transaction with an eye toward achieving the best possible outcome in the most cost-efficient manner.
Chris also counsels his corporate and business clients through entity selection and formation, organizational planning, contract negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. In the past, Chris has guided clients through corporate succession plans and the purchase and sale of their privately held businesses.
Chris is a graduate of Holy Cross High School in Covington, Kentucky and resides in Northern Kentucky.
