Austin M. Tinsley
AssociateAustin focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, the development of condominiums and planned communities, leasing, financing, general corporate and business law, and non-patent intellectual property.
Austin graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. During law school, Austin worked with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) and Patent and Trademark Clinic (PTC) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he developed a passion for helping small business owners in the Cincinnati community navigate through issues such as entity formation, business agreements, and intellectual property matters such as trademark registration and copyright and data protection. Austin also served as a senior articles editor for the Human Rights Quarterly, vice president of Adventure JDs, and vice president of the Labor & Employment Law Club.
He is an experienced musician, who performs regularly with a local band and serves on the worship team at his church; avid birder and hiker; and fan of the Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Colts, and UC athletics.
