Jeffrey A. LevineAssociate
Jeffrey A. Levine is a member of Strauss Troy’s Litigation and Corporate/Business Groups. His primary practice involves all aspects of civil litigation, as well as corporate law, including entity formations, corporate acquisitions, and the preparation of complex commercial agreements. Jeff also assists clients with estate planning matters and probate administration.
Prior to joining Strauss Troy, he served as a law clerk to Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Jody M. Luebbers, where he gained a wealth of experience regarding trial practice and settlement negotiations. He then served as a law clerk at Strauss Troy, working alongside nationally-recognized attorneys to become proficient in the fundamentals and intricacies of civil litigation and corporate law. He is a Cincinnati native and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Executive Board and received membership to the Order of the Barristers. He completed his undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where received the Founder’s Scholar Award for a Top-10% class rank.
Jeff has published articles about estate planning and the legal risks associated with the use of social media. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
