Biography

Andy Giannella concentrates his practice in real estate, finance and business law, with substantial experience in the areas of real estate acquisition, sale, leasing, development, financing and construction. He also regularly represents businesses in a full-range of matters, including formation, capitalization, capital structure, corporate governance, contractual matters and general corporate counseling.

In 2002, Andy was appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court to the Ohio Real Property Specialists Board (ORPSB) where he, along with other board members, worked to develop testing criteria and questions for certification of Ohio lawyers as real property law specialists.
