Strauss Troy Attorney Emily Supinger has been appointed to a three-year term on the City of Cincinnati Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).
The ZBA hears all appeals from decisions of the Zoning Hearing Examiner, decisions of the Historic Conservation Board, decisions of the City Planning Commission, the issuance of a permit or Certificate of Compliance and zoning violation orders.
“The decisions of the Zoning Board of Appeals are crucial to the careful and thoughtful growth of our city,” said Emily. “It’s an honor to serve on the board and add value to the appeals process.”
