Strauss Troy Attorney Matthew Fellerhoff To Present Strauss Troy Local Government Attorney Emily SupingerMatthew Fellerhoff and Emily Supinger will present at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) all-day seminar entitled “Eminent Domain From Start To Finish” on December 8, 2014 at the Dayton Grand Hotel in Dayton, Ohio. During the seminar, Fellerhoff will present “Calculating Damages and Just Compensation: Appraiser Insights” with real estate appraiser and consultant, Debi Wilcox, and Supinger will present “Challenging the Right To Take: Case Law and Recent Issues.”

 

 

Strauss Troy Labor And Employment  Attorney John Fischer To Present

Employment And Discrimination Law

John Fischer will present on December 8 at NBI’s all-day “Employment and Discrimination Law “ seminar at the Holiday Inn Eastgate. He will lead two presentations – (1) Avoiding and defending against employee whistleblower claims, and (2) Ethics for labor law practitioners, including conducting workplace compliance audits and investigations for employers, and representing employers in negotiations and mediations.

Fischer also will present during NBI’s “Human Resource Law From Start To Finish” seminar on February 11, 2015 at the Marriott at RiverCenter in Covington. During this event, he will speak and present written materials on compliance with federal and state wage, hour, and overtime laws, including exemptions, and alternative dispute resolution in the employment context.
