Elizabeth M. Reeder was invited by the Dean of NKU’s Chase Law School to give a seminar at the Lunsford Academy for Business Law.
The seminar, called “Entrances and Exits: A Roadmap of Small to Mid-Market Transactions” was held on October 20. Reeder presented with Tom Munninghoff (CPA at Munninghoff, Lange & Co.) and Joe Sunderman, Jr. (CEO at The Bruin Fund). The trio presented two case studies of acquisitions in the $5-10 million range, and walked the students through a deal from start to finish – covering everything from due diligence, capital structure, investment issues, securities issues, tax issues, corporate governance and how to paper the deal.
Liz’s practice focuses on representing the business sector, counseling individuals and businesses from start-ups to established, regional companies. Her diverse client base includes entrepreneurs in the high-tech, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and automotive industries, among others.
