Enjoy Latin Music Hits At The KSO’ s Free Summer Concert Series On August 2 Sponsored By Strauss Troy

Celebrate more than 50 years of the most popular Latin pop and crossover classics at “Oye Como Va,” part of the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra’s 20th Free Summer Concert series sponsored by Strauss Troy. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Devou Park Amphitheater in Covington, Ky. During the show, the KSO Boogie Band will perform Latin-inspired hits such as  “Smooth,” “The Girl from Ipanema,” “Conga,”” La Bamba,” “Eres Tu,” “Bailamos,” “Copacabana” and many more.

The concert will be held rain or shine, and parking is free throughout the park. T.A.N.K. shuttles run from Covington Catholic to the band shell from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for $1 each way. Bring blankets or lawn chairs, and food trucks will be on-site serving up delicious treats. While admission is free, donations are appreciated.
