Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

  • The ideal attorney will have excellent academic credentials.
  • 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar.
  • Experienced in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising letters of intent, offers, leases, purchase and sale agreements and other commercial real estate agreements.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
