Brian R. Tracy

Associate

Brian focuses his practice in all areas of commercial real estate, and he looks forward to expanding his practice areas into residential real estate, small business real estate acquisitions and leasing, and related fields.

Prior to beginning his career as an attorney, Brian served the city of Cincinnati as a member of the Cincinnati Police Department as patrol officer and fatal traffic crash investigator. His experiences in working with various Cincinnati communities has informed his viewpoint and approach to local matters, the roles of policing in today’s world, and the difficulties many members of this area face on a daily basis. During his time with the city, Brian attended Northern Kentucky University to complete his undergraduate degree in criminal justice. After taking a brief leave of absence from the city, Brian ultimately resigned from the police department as he obtained his law degree through the University of Dayton School of Law’s two-year JD program, graduating summa cum laude as the class valedictorian.

Brian is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and continues to make his home in the western suburb of Bridgetown. Married with three children (and two overactive dogs), Brian finds his personal time to be of critical importance, and he strives to make the best of his work-life balance. In addition to his professional and family time, Brian enjoys volunteering time to administer and coach within the Oak Hills Youth Athletics program, playing coed soccer, hiking and experiencing life.
