Tom Glass served as a panelist at the 2011 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar (MRBS) held in Cincinnati OH. The panel discussion was on Chapter 11: Director and Officer Litigation in Bankruptcy. He spoke on director and officer fiduciary duties as well as issues that arise during bankruptcy with respect to officer and director liability insurance policies.
