Celebrate more than 50 years of the most popular Latin pop and crossover classics at “Oye Como Va,” part of the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra’s 20th Free Summer Concert series sponsored by Strauss Troy. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Devou Park Amphitheater in Covington, Ky. During the show, the KSO Boogie Band will perform Latin-inspired hits such as “Smooth,” “The Girl from Ipanema,” “Conga,”” La Bamba,” “Eres Tu,” “Bailamos,” “Copacabana” and many more.

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken finally owns its recipes for chicken and biscuits. According to a recent bizjournals article, Popeyes paid the family of its founder, Al Copeland, $43 million for the copyright to the core recipes for its famously spicy food. Previously, the company had been paying $3.1 million in royalties to the family each year. The company will still continue to pay royalties to the Copeland family for the sauces.
