Ms. Young's practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of general business and corporate law with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. She was admitted to practice in 1987 and is a member of the Cincinnati and American Bar Associations. Ms. Young is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University (B.S. cum laude, 1977) and of the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1987), where she was a member of the Order of the Curia and was Articles Editor of the Northern Kentucky University Law Review.
