Mr. Williamson practices in the areas of real estate, corporate law and entity formation, and general business law. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Williamson graduated from The University of Akron magna cum laude as an academic all-american (B.S.B.A. Finance in 1999), The University of Cincinnati Graduate School of Business (MBA-2002), and The University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D.-2004). During law school, Mr. Williamson served as a corporate law fellow for the Center for Corporate Law.
