Mr. Wayne practices in corporate and shareholder law, corporate planning, product liability and all phases of state and federal court litigation, and is Co-Chairman of Strauss & Troy's Litigation Department. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Strauss & Troy. He was admitted to practice in 1979 and is presently a member of the NASD and American Arbitration Association Board of Arbitrators as well as the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Federal and American Bar Associations. Mr. Wayne received his education from the University of Cincinnati (B.A., 1974) and the University of Dayton (J.D., 1978), where he was Associate Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review.
