Mr. Tonne practices in the areas of general corporate law, real estate, and litigation. In his corporate law practice, he advises owners, directors, and corporate officers of businesses ranging from new start-up ventures to large private companies on entity selection, business formation, operating agreements/shareholder agreements, asset protection, and various contract and licensing issues. In his real estate practice, Mr. Tonne advises landlords, property management companies, homeowner associations, investors, creditors, mortgage brokers and real estate agents on a variety of issues including, but not limited to closings, acquisitions and sales, contracts, zoning issues, foreclosures, liens, and evictions. He also has substantial experience in representing businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters.
Mr. Tonne graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Real Estate in 2000 and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, with a Juris Doctor in 2003. Mr. Tonne is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, the Federal Southern District of Ohio and the Federal Eastern District of Kentucky. He is a Member of the American, Ohio, Kentucky and Cincinnati Bar Associations. He is actively involved with the Cincinnati Bar Association, serves on the Young Lawyers Section Executive Board and is the Chairman of the YLS Continuing Legal Education Committee. Mr. Tonne served as a Mock Trial Coach for St. Xavier High School for three years. He currently serves on the Colerain Township Board of Zoning Appeals. Mr. Tonne is also the President of the Colerain Township Republican Club, PAC. He is the President and founder of the networking group Colerain Business Builders. Mr. Tonne is also actively involved with the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Chapter and Cincinnati Real Estate Club.
