Real estate, domestic relations and litigation are the focus of Mr. Theissen's practice. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law in the Legal Assisting Program at the University of Cincinnati. He served as chairman of the Kenton County Planning Commission (1990-2004). Mr. Theissen is a member of the American, Northern Kentucky, Kentucky, and Ohio State Bar Associations. He attended Xavier University and graduated from Northern Kentucky University (B.A., 1977) and the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D., 1980).
