Mr. Taft is Co-Chairman of Strauss & Troy's Litigation Department and concentrates his practice in federal and state court litigation and appeals, particularly in the areas of unlawful competition, breach of contract, fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, patent and trademark litigation, health care law, employment law, and personal injury. He presently is serving as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Bar Foundation. Mr. Taft has been a Master of the Bench of the Potter Stewart Inn of Court, and has served as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Bar Association from 1996-2000. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, American, and Federal Bar Associations, as well as the American and Ohio Trial Lawyer Associations. Mr. Taft is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.A. with high honors, 1972; J.D., Order of the Coif 1976).
