Mr. Strauss practices extensively in commercial law, is widely recognized in areas relating to housing and real estate development law, and has an active practice in areas relating to estates and trusts. President of Strauss & Troy, Mr. Strauss is also president of Security Title & Guaranty Agency, Inc., the firm's title agency. Mr. Strauss is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, the Ohio Land Title Association, the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable, and the Cincinnati, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations. An honors graduate of Harvard College (A.B. cum laude, 1964), Mr. Strauss entered the practice in 1967 after receiving his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania (J.D., 1967).
