Mr. Smith's practice includes real estate, domestic relations, general corporate, and litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Cincinnati (B.A., 1991) and cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D., 1994).
