Mr. Shott focuses his legal practice in the areas of real estate development, commercial law, corporate finance, and housing and urban development law. He is Chairman of the firm's Real Estate Department. He was admitted to practice in 1981 and is a member of the Cincinnati and American Bar Associations. Mr. Shott is an honors graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. with high distinction, 1977; J.D., 1981).
