Mr. Rink's areas of practice include all aspects of tax law (income and estate) as well as a concentration in the financial and securities aspects of general business law and the representation of small and emerging businesses. He is Chairman of the Tax Department at Strauss & Troy and has served as Chairman of the Southwest Ohio Tax Institute (1980). He is a past chair of the Tax Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Rink is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.B.A., 1967; J.D., 1970) and George Washington University (LL.M. in Taxation, 1974).
