Mr. Levy is a member of the Strauss & Troy litigation department with an emphasis in complex and commercial litigation related to products liability, securities, corporate, and real estate litigation. Mr. Levy practices in all aspects of state and federal litigation. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations. Mr. Levy graduated from the University of Vermont (B.A. 2000) with a degree in economics, and received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D. 2004), where he was an Associate Member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review (2002-2003).
